Would have rated a solid 5 stars had the crew gotten everything on the initial service date. That said, it took only a short phone call to the boss man (Rob) for them to promptly return and finish/clean up all work that remained. All in all, this provider is highly responsive, dedicated to doing the job right, punctual, dependable, honest, easy to work with, and all with a complete property tree service at a very fair cost.

I have used this organization twice now to trim up our palm trees and they are fantastic!! Always professional, willing to share their story and clean up after themselves which makes it great for us!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

There's something to be said about the sheer amount of manual labor involved, but there are definitely complexities that can end in destruction of property and or life if done haphazardly. So, it's hard to think having a bunch of recovering addicts do this work would be a great idea. I verified they had insurance, so the risk was shifted at that point. However, these are exactly the people you want doing this job because you know they are working hard to rebuild their lives and it shows in their work ethic. They were efficient, organized, and pushed through the physical demands of removing large chunks of lumber with all the smaller debris that came down with it. Their team fell and removed six trees in the time it took me to drink my morning coffee and eat breakfast. Impressed.

Very Impressive ...... these young men know their arbor business and work extremely hard to prove it!Charlie P. and his crew transformed our landscaping from a jungle to a yard of the month candidate. 🌴This was our 5th time that HOW has come to our rental property rescue. We’re hoping to get Charlie P (mobile 14) and His Crew again next week when they tackle our biggest job ever. In every way, these guys are the greatest - Surprise yourself by giving them a call !!!

I have used the HOW Foundation Tree Trimming services many times, but this time was different. Charlie P. came out with two others and the job they did was EXACTLY what I wanted! My tree crew was fast and efficient. They cleaned up so well I told them my yard was cleaner than when they got there! All the guys were super nice and did an outstanding job. I recommend these guys to anyone. You just can't go wrong. Their estimate was WAY less than the other two quotes I received. They even backed my trailer up in it's spot for me and unhooked it. This was a fantastic experience!!!!! I will definitely use them again. Call them, you won't be sorry.

I hired them to trim my trees and clear out the moss in my trees. These guys are incredible. Did an outstanding job and cleaned up well afterwards. They were also super affordable. Will definitely hire them again.

So impressed with the punctuality and friendliness of the initial visit and day of service. To even play with my dogs in between cutting down limbs was heartwarming. WE had an exceptional crew of 4 men come to our home and trim our trees and take 3 down in less than 2 hours. They were quick and thorough and clean up well. We were very impressed. The second day a team of two came out and ground the stumps which was done very quickly as well. I'm glad I found this foundation and happy to help those who are trying to make major changes in their lies. Highly recommend.

I've used this company for a long time now and they alwaya provide excellent service for a reasonable price. The crew was always very professional for past jobs done except for the last service. The completed job was a little sloppy and I was surprised when when one of the crew, guess he was the lead ' reminded' me to provide a tip!! I've always given a generous tip but to ask for it! That's unprofessional and rude!

I was out of town on business when my neighbor contacted me about a large limb laying in my driveway. I contacted H.O.W. and they dispatched a crew out that day. The price was very reasonable and the cleanup was amazing!!!. They left no footprint.
